When we are able to lead, we can influence others’ perspectives and voices to result in positive change. It is therefore imperative that we each have the opportunity to develop our leadership potential so that we can accomplish our global mission together.

Being the Chairperson and Executive Director of The PUSH Women Network, an organization that advocates women’s inclusion in leadership positions and decision-making. She undertook various initiatives to achieve its mandate, such as: an online miniseries titled “African Changemakers”, a business exhibition in Lusaka, a mentorship programme, and the recognition of PUSH Women Award recipients. She definitely comes to my mind when I think of a dynamic and versatile leader who is driven to make a difference. Our women in uniform are making a powerful difference, so let’s celebrate them!
